I want to know what is differences between protein synthesis in term of where and in association with which structure for translation occurs for protein that will be in cytoplasm and one that will be exerted and the membrane protein.

Proteins that will be used in the cytoplasm are usually made on the ribosomes that are freely-floating in the cytoplasm. So translantion from mRNA to the protein happens there.

Proteins that will be excreted or used in membranes are usually made on the ribosomes associated with the rough endoplasmic reticulum.
