Do you want there to be a connection between the two? If you only want one of those subjects, you can literally just type 'science' or 'philosophy' into the address bar of any search engine (Google is excellent) and you will have literally thousands of sites from which to choose. Then you can get more specific.
Now if you are interested in how the two are connected on a much deeper level (which I am) you will find subjects that come close a little harder, if you have a specific goal in mind, although you can always just write "Philosophy and Science" in together and see what you get.
My area of interest started out to be along similar lines to your own, possibly; In my case, finding that the physical functions of the brain could not be separated from perceptions and behaviour, I set out to explore the subject further.
The philosophical and ethical aspects of the scientific study of the brain led me from quantum mechanics to neorochemistry to what actually constitited the term "reality" and much more.
The list became longer and longer the more I learned. There WAS no forest, it seemed, I only found more trees connected to it. Very exciting, if frustrating.
HOWEVER!.....I'll resist the temptation to go on about it.....but maybe this might help you to at least start to find what you are looking for.
The lack of any need for a specific website is the best thing of all.
It certainly blew my little socks off!
If this doesn't answer your question, email me. you can do that by clicking on my picture. Good luck!
