How come when Oprah says "jump", women ask "how high"?

If she says a movie is good, it's sells tickets like crazy. A book....sells like crazy. What makes her such an authority on social culture? She's great but she puts on underwear the same way everyone else does.

I am a woman and I don't jump for her. I feel bad she's helping only girls and only in Africa. There's alot of people out there to help..
