i have a male friend who seems to hit on me alot,though i dont feel the same(and he knows this)he told me he has a female associate that he talks to every now and then,he says he doesnt look at her in a romantic way nor has he ever.so im wondering why cant he look at me the same way he looks at her? i mean im a woman just like she is.

Sounds confusing, but it seems that what he sees in you and his associate is totally different in his mind, if it really bothers you all that much why don't you confront him and let him know, that you want to why he is doing and what purpose does it have, although you never and might be surprised at what he has to say, but you should find out so can get some closure and some answers to your questions.
