The question is somewhat ambiguous, since the first line askes if you can name 4 adjectives. Perfectly clear. 4 adj. only.
The second is grammatically a bit off, making the question ambiguous....it would not be fair, if this were a real test, to penalize one or the other! (in my oh so humble)opinion.
Since the person making the rules (you?) gets to decide; breath will be bated until judgement has been passed........!

Ocean: Mystic, vast, rhythmic, deep
