miley can SO sing! yes, he does like her, and she likes him but as of right now, they haven't said anything to the public about being a couple. i am tired of people hating on miley for "not being able to sing" even though she can, or saying that they hate her just becuase nick likes her. hello! unless you personally know nick, you will most likely never date him, and he can date miley if she wants.
