Why does 1999 Mazda B4000 4x4 pickup ride rough?

Recently I purchased a 1999 Mazda B4000 4x4 pickup. The front end feels very stiff and I feel every bump in the road. What can I do to make it ride smoother? I have already put new shocks on it but the ride did not change. Is there an adjustment somewhere so I can get a softer ride?

It's a 4X man, no hope for it to ride smooth . Get you a caddilac.

Its a 4x4. They ride pretty rough. If you want a soft and delicate ride, get a car. Did you test drive it before buying it?
