ok red and black both? you are in trouuubllllle!!!
Ok, this is what Munya would do...gently and I do mean gently squeeze the area around the pimple--not right on top of it or next to it, but like, say 1/4 inch on each side, don't break the skin with your fingernails either (go wash those hands, too!). YOu're trying to get the "head" out, the core--that causes the inflammation. If you cant get it out (sometimes you cant) OR you DO get it out, dab it with rubbing alcohol and then get an ice cube. Put the ice cube on it off and on for about 30 seconds here and there, that will bring the redness and swelling down.
Good luck. sorry you have a zit, I hate zits!

Have you tried Proactiv Solution? It is very useful and can help you amazingly! You do know, maybe clean and clear isn't right for your skin type. Proactiv is only 19.99 which is pretty inexpensive! Hope this helps! (Blackheads can be gone with the help of the Clearsil pads for blackheads) In addition, make sure you are using all the products correctly. Clean and Clear should've worked. So, next time around you should read the directions throughly.

um first hold ice on it for like a minuet that should reduce the swelling then try mashing some baby aspirin and put a few drops of water in it too make a past put it on the spot that should reduce the redness then wen you go out put some foundation without oil in the ingredients but find one with SPF so you don't get a scar

if you don't have any acne remover, you have to resort to cover-up. Just dab it on the zit and no one will notice. If you don't have any, use your mom's or a friends. Dont try washing it excessively because it will dry out your skin and washing doesnt get deep down enough and its no use. you need an acne wash or remover.

Buy Campho-phenique antiseptic gel at the drug store. It works wonders and it works very quickly. It is located near the Neosporin. It smells like menthol and it has a pain reliever in it too.

dont pick at it and buy a medication that works fast, such as the neutrogena 8-hour rapid clear. It works really well but it is a bit pricey for the size.
