If you are referring to the young girl (probably in her mid 20's) that was his sister. They pointed her out one day on MSN news.

it is probably his PR agent. Everyone that was involved in Anna Nicoles life ( even if for just a second ) is getting their 15minutes of fame off her death. Sad, really
