How about a paid stay at a really nice Inn in your area, or bed & breakfast, or holiday resort? Choose something somewhere with a theme that she likes (skiing, Lancaster, Pa for amish country and handcrafted items, things like that). Good luck and God Bless. It's nice to know that some people appreciate their friends. If you can't do a few days away because of the expense, how about a really nice dinner at a really trendy restaurant or an item for their house that they've wanted but didn't want to put out the money for. Or a his and her day at the spa (complete with massage).

I have a very special neighbor and have given her several gifts. I took over small flower pots and planted them for her. I have given her gift certificates for a nice dinner. She loves tea, so I gave her a gift basket of teas with tea pot. How about a cute flag for her garden you can buy at a craft store. New welcome mat. Buy her a new released movie and a box of microwave popcorn. Hope this helps...
