Hey I am staying a virgin as well till i get married. Though no man has ever aroused me sexually. I have a mindset on staying pure in every way until marriage. Sure I think some men are there are drop dead gorgeous but am not aroused by them. Pray, ask God to help you. I have never desired sex and am 33 years old at this time. Oh and I chose to be a virgin till marriage for many reasons....Biggest being it's what GOD says...then second in line I want to have sex for the first time with my HUSBAND...also I vowed many many moons ago not to go down the same road my mom did. I want to remain pure for my husband.

Why do you have to stop being sexually aroused to stay a virgin. Take care of your own sexual needs and continue to remain a virgin.

You may not stop being sexually aroused, however you can stop from giving in to the arousal. When you feel "that feeling" just stop and pray. Do something, ANYTHING, to keep you busy and get your mind off the wrong things. Hope that helps. :)

Why do you have to be a virgin? Is that your choice or someone else's requirement?
You can't stop arousal. You'll just have to satisfy yourself by yourself until you get married, if you 'must' remain a virgin.

Actually, it's pretty normal to be aroused. I would suggest getting busy with something that has nothing to do with sex (ie. running, painting, playing the piano, cooking, whatever). Get a hobby and don't focus on what you're NOT supposed to be doing. Focus on what on positive things.

goodluck it's called natural instenicates to be aroused just how you choose to handle it is up to you. I waited until marriage and (even though the first marriage didn't work out.) I made sure i was never in a spot where i couldn't say no. GL

I do not think you can help being aroused. Its natural. Just masterbate when you feel like it and that may relieve some pressure. Talk to your pastor.

you cant help the way you feel. people get sexually aroused all the time. all you can do is keep yourself pure and not give into the temptation. your body cant help but feel aroused. its natural.

there is nothing to stop thinking about sex and being aroused.i was a very hory teenager and even masturbating had no help. so when i finally did it with my boyfriend. (now husband) it died down, but there is nothing you can do. if you can focus on something else it might help. and take many cold showers.
