Hello:
Is this person someone special in your life or an old friend?
Do you have their street address or know of anyone that could possibly know them?
Maybe they have an e-mail account. Have you attempted to contact them that way?
Is it someone that maybe you should't bother because it could get you into trouble?
You can also run an ad in the personals of the Orlando Sentinel. Have this person contact you and if they are really interested they will.
