Goo Gone is great for removing pen from plastic and also to clean it too.
Goo Gone is great for removing anything like sticky labels I work in a
nursing home and use this often for the problem you have described.

To remove the pen stains try the "eraser" pads that are out (3M or Mr. Clean, there are a few others in cleaning supply aisle at grocery store).
For label/sticker glue, take a cotton ball and put Avon's skin so soft on it and gently rub over the area until glue is gone, wipe clean. Good luck.

For the pen stains try light bleach, warm water and club soda. For the stickers, try fingernail polish remover, or an adhesive remover!

Use rubbing alcohol for the stickers. and Hairspray for the pen. If hairspray doesn't do it use the alcohol.
