does it pay good and is the course to do it hard or for a long time?

for the 2 people who didnt get what I meant by auto collision I meant as in fixing cars after they are in a wreck not actually wrecking them myself hence career in "AUTO COLLISION"

I did it for a while. You won't get rich unless you own the shop but you can make a decent living doing it. The work conditions are a bit tough as it is dusty, dirty work. On the plus side, if you get good you will never be without job opportunities as people never seem to stop wrecking cars and there are plenty of shops looking for talent. To do it long term you have to love it. There is nothing like when a vehicle is all done and looks phenomenal and you know you did it.

I guess it all depends on how tough you are. As long as you are not hurt in any collision, you could make it a career. However, why would you want to. The danger of getting hurt is mind boggling, and what do you hope to get out of it?

Most people are in collisions without even trying. I don't think you have to study for it.
