if you download the file you can choose what program it opens in by right clicking on the file (which is saved to your computer) and going into it's properties.

You need a view, like the one Microsoft Provides (Word Viewer 2003): http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=95E24C87-8732-48D5-8689-AB826E7B8FDF&displaylang=en

You dont have note because you dont have MS place of work on your computing device, because you're literally unable to dowload/dont understand a thanks to get a acquire link of MS place of work- like me. only search for google with a key-word "Open place of work" and downlaod and installation. Definitly it is going to artwork. I did one month before.

Go ahead and download it, then right click the mouse and choose Open with.. then choose select from list, then select wordpad or notepad, whichever you have. It won't be pretty. but you should be able to read it.

You could download it and use a similar (free) program to open it. I'm not sure if Notepad/Wordpad would work.
Perhaps you can try 602Text:

God bless.
