You could possibly be pregnant. In most cases you need a uterus for pregnancy. There are cases where pregnancy can take place outside of the uterus. You could be having a tubal pregnancy if you still have you fallopian tubes. There are cases where a baby will implant themselves to an organ in the body that has a rich blood supply. In any case, you need to be seen. There are a range of disorders that mimic the symptoms of pregnancy. hope everything goes well for you.

It is possible for a woman without a uterus to become pregnant but highly unlikely. The pregnancy would be an ectopic pregnancy. It is more likely that you are going into menopause or some other sort of hormonal adjustment. Do see your doctor for a diagnosis.

What kind of symptoms are you having? I know my mom had a hysterectomy and had pregnancy like syptoms but then found out that she was experiencing menopause and not pregnancy. It all depends on how old you are... she was about 39-40 at the time.

It is possible, but VERY, VERY rare to have a pregnancy without a uterus. If you are pregnant, you'll end up in medical journals. :)
Remember, there are many symptoms that make someone "feel pregnant," but can be a large variety of different things.

You may be in the beginning stages of menopause. My mother had a hysterectomy at age 37 and she went through early menopause afterwards.

You don;t havev a uterus to sustain a pregnancy...ther is no way for the sperm to get to the egg either as the tubes are tied off. Sounds like you are starting menopause.

There probably isn't a pregnancy but you may want to go see your doctor and have him help you figure out what the heck is going on.
Please go see him/her right away ASAP.
