Actually u can stay in any area, we've stayed close to the Moulin Rouge, only thing is, try to go back to ur hotel b4 sunset to avoid any mishaps. Why i said u can stay at any area is coz as long as u can find a "metro" which is the underground train, u can go to Eurodisney.I wud prolly say if u want a good area, wud be around the Champs-elyssee area.A more touristy area, great for shopping.A tip for u ( the mummy ) there is a place wer u can shop till u drop for off the season designer goods..thats up to 70% off...u can check the links below.U might also like to take ur lil one to a lil picnic at the greens at Invalides, under the shades.Lotsa ppl do it, u can even see ppl sunbathin, playin wid their dogs, reading etc.good way to relax.Good Luck!

We've been a few time but we never stay in the Disney hotels as it's too limiting. Use the Internet to find cheap flights and a cheap hotel in Paris; last year we stayed at Les Jardin d'Eiffel not far from the Eiffel tower. We've also stayed at Holiday Inns and at Hiltons. Make sure you are reasonably close to the Metro system and buy a Paris Visite card; these can be bought in advance over the Internet.
This way you can travel into Euro Disney when ever you want but you also have chance to see Paris. There are fantastic places for kids to visit apart from Euro Disney and you can get much better food for less money.
Have fun

Went last year and stayed in the Hotel Santa Fe which is just 10 mins away by free shuttle bus. Its one of the cheaper hotels but the room was nice and clean and the breakfast was fab.
