If your parental rights were terminated and then she was subsequently adopted, you *may* have no recourse. This is a matter for Minnesota law to determined.

You need to contact a Minnesota attorney who specializes in family law, specifically adoptions. In some states an adoption can be reversed, but usually not after this period of time. Be prepared to pay a substantial retainer. This type of work is lengthy, drawn out, and potentially extremely expensive.

For a referral to an attorney, contact the Minnesota bar association.

If she was adopted then nothing can be done. You have no parental rights in this case.

Even the adoptive parents cannot undo the adoption.
