HELP!!! i was trying to install my CD player i don't know what happened two wires sparked since then neither CD player and Neither dashboard lights won't work

You've more then likely blown a fuse check your fuses and make sure non of them have a small visible crack in them if so then change them out...

start with looking at the fuses to see which one blew out. depending on the vehicle you could have up to 3 fuse panels in it. one under the dash and 2 under the hood. if you dont find a fuse bad suspect that the circuit board either popped or you need to reconnect the wire too the dash lights.

Blew a fuse under the dash, most likely.

You probably blew your fuses when you start reading the installation manual it tells you to disconnect the neg. cable from the battery that's why.
