I read an article about a man that cooked his girlfriend's torso after he murdered her. Do you think that would smell like chicken? beef? I'm really serious. I don't want to try it obviously, I just want some thoughts.

If you really want to know the smell of human is a little like barbecued pork. It depends on the amount of hair or other clothing that might add to the odor. I have been a fireman for 35 years and had a few.

Human flesh smells and tastes like pork. In SE Asia, where cannibalism is still practiced, human flesh is referred to as "long Pork".
