i am tired of deleting my history all the time its making me a wreck . anyone able to tell me how to set my computer where i dont keep history or all the sites i go to . well please reply and may God bless you

If you look under Tools/Internet Options Advanced tab, almost the the bottom of the list: Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder when done. needs to be checked. You can also check the option near the top about unused favorites.
