Depends on what type of battery it is. If it's Lithium ION, then it's ok, if it's nickel cadmium, then no, don't do it. Also, FYI, I like rice.

Yes it will! If your laptop is plugged in all the time, then just remove the battery altogether. No need to constantly charge something you are not using. Or, run off the battery untill it runs down to about 15% and THEN recharge...then repeat.

No, Battery Charging systems on most good laptops will enable something called trickel charge. Once the battery is full it will slowly deliver current to the battery keeping it topped off. This is actually good for your battery because it keeps it conditioned.

if the laptop has smart charge no if you never use the battery i would take it out and use the lapto as normle but make sure you charge the battery at lest once a week or the cells die

You can leave it pluged in, that wont harm the battery.
What harms the battery is not doing a complete discharge once a month..... This will cycle the battery and make it last much longer....

Once a month disconnect the power and let the battery die then plug it back in, and your battery will last much longer.....

no, laptops still need the battery plugged in when you are using it. When it is 100% it is not being juiced at all.
