You are just fine for your hight, and messing with diets at 13 can mess up your hormones.
Why not try some kind of sports. It would help your posture and ballance and help you not to gain weight in the future.

well im 15 and im 5ft and 83 pounds. i think im fine, maybe you do need to lose a little weight.
