three things that have worked for me:
toothpaste left on over night, but not the gel type of toothpaste, the white pasty stuff.
Pro-actives refining mask left on over night, just a dab on the pimple, leave it there
this is bad for general use but if it's an emergency: soak a cotton ball in rubbing alcohol and hold it on the pimple. It'll dry it out but be careful, might cause dryness and flakiness around the area.

For redness: visine soaked in a cotton ball

I think you should see a dermatologist right away. What he will do is inject it with cortizone or some kind of anti inflamation medicine and it will go away very quickly. But tonight, buy Calomine Lotion in the drugstore. First use a good acne face wash and then dab all your face with a product called Witch Hazel, which can be purchased in the drug store too, and then place a dab of Calomine Lotion right on the zit, let it dry and then go to sleep. But really to really get rid of it by Wed. get to the dermatologist right away. Also, maybe you should be on Tectracycline if you get these big zits often. Discuss with your dermatologist. Good Luck on your casting call. Also if it is still a little red, get Clearasil skin tone product for drying out zits and it won't show at the casting call. Oh another product I thought of is Tea Tree Oil. It is great for drying out zits too, and it can be purchased at any Health Food Store.

proactiv has this like skin refining mask that clears pimples overnight but if you cant get that in time....theres Got2b in your face deep scrub, put some toothpaste on it then let it dry for 10 minutes, lemon juice gets rid of redness leave that on for 5-10 minutes dont waste your time with a dermatologist when you could get rid of it for a third of the money. besides remember you have today and tomorrow to zap that zit. good luck!!!

If the zit doesnt go away before ur casting call hold an icecube on it for a while... it will reduce the redness and the swelling then put some coverup on it hopefully it will go away

Windex! LOL haven't you seen "My Big Fat Greek Wedding?" j/k j/k

I suggest that you either go see your dermatologist or get a facial product like proactive that will help eliminate zits and keep your skin clean and fresh looking.

If you go to a dermatologist they can give you a shot directly on the pimple (OUCH!) and it's pretty much guaranteed to go away quickly.

For at home remedies, try putting toothpaste on the pimple before you go to bed.

I know it sounds weird and I dont know how it works but it does. Try toothpaste and leave it on for a couple mins then wash it off.
