Also, what do you think of the tower room facing the Magic Kingdom park if you have stayed at the Contemporary Resort?

The Contemporary Tower is a very nice hotel. The monorail, of course, glides right through the Grand Canyon Concourse (did you notice the goat with five legs in the mural?)
Memorial Day weekend is a busy one, but if you're staying on property and especially at the Contemp Tower, you'll have a blast. You can walk to the Magic Kingdom, and its an easy monorail ride to TTC where you can get transfers to the other parks.

To answer both - very busy and very pricey. Room rates go up when peak season hits. And that weekend particularly should be moderate to heavy crowds.
If you cannot visit during an off-peak time, make the most of your vacation. Get fast pass tickets and always start at the rear of the park and work your way forward.

It is a very busy time. The theme parks are crowded. As far as your resort, you'll have a great view and it is nice to be able to take the walking path to and from the Magic Kingdom.

It will be very busy.
However oddly enough, New Smyrna Beach which is about an hours drive north of Disney is practically empty on that holiday!
Bring Sunblock and have a magical trip!

Very very busy, all those 3 day weekends are always busy in tourist places, if your a local try during the week before noon, its the best

the contemporary is under renovation it could be noisy--i'd stay somewhere else--it will be busy!!~~~~
