Are you asking about how to get 100% intelligence on Millsberry?
The quickest way is to play games. The game that I like to play is Hide & Seek. If you complete just the 1st level it gives you 7 intelligence points. You can earn 21 intelligence points per day playing that game.
Solver is another good one although you need to play a bit more to get your 7 points on that.
