If you have been together for only a few years she would probably love a stuffed animal. If she doesn't like that...how about an Easter basket filled with some of her favorite stuff. You can go to a craft store and buy the plastic wrap to put the filled basket inside of. You can't go wrong with this idea....as long as you know some of her favorite things to put inside. (i.e. books, lotion, jewely, tickets to a concert or play....etc.)

Whatever you think she'd like. Easter is more a kids (hiding colored eggs) holiday than gift-giving for adults. If you want to get your wife a gift however, since you know what she likes, then choose something that expresses whatever you would like to express for this particular holiday.

A special dinner or trip to someplace that means something to both of you... If she's religious or spiritual, something that would be meaningful to her. Easter has become more of a Child's holiday... But, treat it like you would any day that means something to both of you! How thoughtful! :)
Maybe some flowers or something, a box of chocolates and a special "Love You" card.. :)

I enjoy flowers for my garden, but some may like candy (if they are not dieting) or cut flowers. We keep Easter gifts simple.

Three dozen pink tulips or maybe a perennial she can plant outside and look at every spring like some sort of bulbs maybe.

I would make her a basket, just like when she was little, put all her favorite candies in it and something special under the grass just for her (i.e., new panties, jewelry, gift card).

a massage or a day of you cleaning while she is able to relax. That would be the best gift ever to me LOL.
