I know that your rising is your mask, but what kind of mask does a pisces risng wear? Is pisces rising an old soul?

I' m a pisces rising, too. Also, neptune, chart ruler is conjunct sun. :P so character of pisces is double in my chart.
People said that i'm a weak person, oddly, a dreamer, hard to live in real life. Maybe because neptune conjunct uranus and both of planets are conjunct my sun. My imagine and creative ability are overwhelming in my mind :)), very... in my chart 4/5 inner planets (sun, moon, mercury, venus) aspects with both of two outer planets are uranus, neptune. So, loneliness is a feeling that i have always. Oddly...

It has to do with the time of the day you were born. I think it means you were born at a specific time when certain planets were aligned, therefore it has influence on your personality.
