If you are talking about the beautiful bird that you probably saw on a box of cereals during your sleep ? I think that it might have been hungry for breakfast just before you woke up.
The other Toucan bird I know is a constellation of stars in the Southern Hemisphere and above it the magnificent fire bird Phoenix is soaring to the sky. It could be a good omen.
