My boyfriend and I are starting to look into putting a mobile home on his parents property. (we want to help them out and let them live with us so they will have a better place than the house they are in now) And I am trying to find out what company is the best-money wise. Since we will have his mom and dad and his brother, PLUS us and our baby we will need a fairly large home. ANY suggestions?????

You get what you pay for; With that said, is the mobile home temporary, and are you planning on building a home? Because if not, the money you spend on a trailer is gone in 30 years. This is because there is no value or resale appreciation in trailers.
However I might have good news, check into manufacture homes they are high quality and cost about as much as a new trailer. The only problem is you need a foundation or basement ready for it.

Don't exactly know which one is the best but I can tell you which one to avoid at all cost and that is Sanders Mobile Homes.
I hear that Clayton Mobile homes are nice when I went mobile they were very nice.
There are so many out there it really all depends on how much you want to spend the more the better quality you will get Harbor Homes are nice to.
Give your self plently of time to look at all of them do not rush into it to quick you will be very disappointed.
And by all means when everything is signed and they ask yoto come look at the trailer or mobile home go over every inch every wall to make sure the is no glue left on the wall make sure all the doors open and close inspect the pluming check everything good.

Not too familiar with quality of mobile homes, most I work on are old and they s u c k in terms of quality. Have you thought of looking at bank repo's, would have to move it, but can probably save big bucks versus new.
