Yep, you got yourself a Hompage Highjacker! It happened to me a few years ago with a company called CoolWWWSearch.
You best move is to download a free program called HijackThis and get rid of it. Spybot Search and Destroy (also free) will take care of it too.

Your system is attacked by a worm, which has infected through Internet explorer. You can follow this proven method to get rid of such messenger worms:
http://www.geocities.com/avsharath/Removing_W32_Sohana.B_Worm.htm
However, this is manual method, you should get a Google Pack which contains essential anti-virus and anti-spyware softwares to keep away from such viruses in future. Also, Internet explorer is not a secure browser, get Firefox browser to keep away from viruses and worm attacks.

You can mail me if the problem persists.

If IE is your only browser, you wouldn't have any way of downloading a new copy. The Trojan resides on your computer in a separate file and the chances are that deleting IE wouldn't get rid of it. When you load up your new copy of IE, it would become infected and the registry would change.

Best way is to Restore your system to an earlier known date when you know your PC was working properly.

In Windows system restore command is available.

If your problem persists then you have to Recover the system.Windows has this facility .

When restored, your PC will have only those programmes ,configurations etc as it was when it was hipped from the factory.

if anti virus has not removed it then you need to do so manually.
microsoft or most anti virus webbies will have a removal tool, use google to search.
this may have to be removed directly from the registry, if you are not competent in this, get someone who is.
