Old School Metallica is totally better than Zepplin. But if you compare Zepplin to new Metallica. Zepplin totally wins..

It's not fair to compare apples to oranges. It's somewhat difficult to compare classic rock to metal. I'm from the younger generation and grew up listening to Metallica, so If you were to ask me what band I enjoy listening to the most I'd have to say Metallica. However, it doesn't make Metallica any better than Led Zep.

i'm a huge metallica fan, however i have to say led zeppelin. led zeppelin were the founding fathers of many rock genres, and very influencial. if you were to ask metallica who influenced them, they'd say led zeppelin.
