White dog poo is the result of eating bones. Many carnivores have this occasional white poo as they will eat the bones of prey for the calcium and also for the nutritious marrow.

Since dogs no longer eat bones, and are given substitutes such as rawhids and such, there is no more white dog poo.

It is a either caused by industrial-government satellites, sunspots or alien interference. Putting an aluminum cone on dogs heads may help;-)
