Hi guys i have dark brown eyes and somewhat under eye and light brown skin. I like to put eyeliner in my eyes at the bottome cuz if i dont they dont look nice they look empty empty and i have deep set of eyes what eyeliner colour can i use so they look light brown not dark. can you please help me

Try using eyeliner smudged under your eye rather than in it.
Black eyeliner inside the eyes will only make them smaller and squinted. It does not open the eyes at all Im afraid.
For everyday try using a dark blue /purple eyeliner in a shade such as Denim Blue, and brownish-copperish eyeshadow only use medium pink blush and a suggested lipstick would be a wine colour.
You can create a really dark smokey eye with soft brown shades of mascara. Dont use heavy black mascara for the same reason as above, it can make your eyes seem smaller and closed
On some days why not try a little bit of eyeliner and mascara, blush and wear a bright red lipstick.
For a party use more eyeliner, pretty dark, add a copper shade of shadow on your eye lids then use dark chocolate brown from lash line to halfway to crease, add mascara, lots of blusher (blended carefully) and add lipstick.
If you are dashing out use your finger to dab on dark brown and swipe it up a little past the crease. Then add a dab of medium to dark purple on your lids and a tint bit of highlighter under your brow.

They usually recommend using the opposite colour of your eyes to bring them out. That being said that would be blue for you. However I have blue eyes and I find if i wear brown shadows it makes me look really tired. Read the article below though hopefully it will help!

try black bec hte contrast off off ur eyecolor will settle your color of your eyes and look very nice and try some dark eyeshadow and and dab of coverup under where u put the eyeliner so it wont run down your eye during hte day

yeah you should use black eyeliner cuz it will make them look lighter just use dark colors so it makes it look better!! trust me cuz iam mexican and i have light brown skin and i have really dark eyes!!
