i'm having a c-section and i don't wont to loss my tem-job so i did not tell my boss when he ask me what should i do now

You have to tell the boss the truth. You can't hide this one. Besides, there is no way they can fire you for that. Most places have a maternity leave, and that covers your job. No you will not get fired, but he may look at you differently, since you lied about something like having a c-section. Face it, and tell him immediately. You should DEFINITELY tell him. By federal law they CAN NOT terminate you based on a medical procedure such as this.
