I'm in Los Angeles, CA and desperately need a new job, so I was looking into posting my resume on monster.com and others. What are some other good websites to post a resume??

localjobseek.com . Its new. I heard that they will be running a large promotion and many good paying employers will be searching and reviewing resumes posted on this site. Its free to sign up and free to post your resume. I found out about it at my college campus in the career center. I was told to post my resume there ASAP and I did!

Monster, career builder, craigs list. I bet the LA Times has a posting site as well. Linked In is a great resource - that's where i found my last position.

I really don't trust those sites where you can post your resume. I think it is best to visit the sites and apply personally to the jobs you are interested in. (Security issues, identity fraud, etc)

Especially if you are a woman.
