I actually went to 4 proms and all the other major dances. Each prom I wore a tux, of course. And the other dances, I wore a nice suit. True story.

1980 -I wore a tan "Gunnysack" long dress with brown lace trim and a brown lace shawl. I also got a "spiral perm" in my hair and used combs with lots of baby's breath. Very "Footloose". My date wore a matching brown tux. Were we cool or what? Oh, and I had a mouthful of big silver braces! lol

i think of the gown and the shoes are attractive. yet not jointly. in my view i think of you're able to desire to positioned on the gown with strappy severe heels, ballet apartments, or dressy gold sandals. The shoes does not look perfect with the gown. in case you place on the shoes, positioned on a short pink or darkish blue, or an prolonged tuled gown of any colour. the way the gown slants back isn't flattering with knee-highs i think of you will possibly look out of place as maximum women would be wearing something extra formal besides the undeniable fact that it doesnt rely in case you like it, perfect!!! instruct your form and pair it with a grin!!:) desire this helps!!!!!

A purple dress with poofy sleeves and a trendy, uneven hemline circa 1989. I don't think we went in, we just stayed in the limo and drank beer.
