For a guard in a jail to make popcorn an hour before the prisoners get fed and leave the bag sitting next to a fan. What could be worse than that?

This is what a guard I know did. He then told an inmate he would be released when he got back, then went over to the counter and got himself a piece of cake and a cup of coffee before letting the inmate go free.
I know some cruel guards.
