What are you smoking? Unless its the Greenwich thing I've no idea, but as for 1 time zone no such thing theres greenwich plus and minusas in est is greenwich -5

The whole world does not go on one time (zone). Are you saying that: "in time of war, the whole of the world is on one time zone", if so, it's not true.

if you are asking what time zone is used, it varies. the military uses local time zones for small missions, but for larger missions "zulu" time is used. this is used when missions are occuring over large areas and more than 1 time zone such as air missions, or when the leaders are in different areas than the operatives. zulu time is the same time zone as greenwich england.
