i am giving you the Canada post link for checking out addresses that give postal codes
when i checked just 645 gateway ave said no such address

There is no Gateway Avenue as far as I know in Calgary, but there is a Gateway Drive and a Gateway Place.
If I recall correctly though, that is mainly a residential area. Not sure that there are too many "suites" in that area.
My suggestion is you go to Google Maps and type in the postal code if you have it. It should start with "T3E" or something like that. Then take a look and see if Google can find it. You can even use the Hybrid option to see satelite photos to get an idea of the area.
(Based on the fact that someone mentioned this same company was at the same street address (645) in Edmonton, my guess is that this is a con game. You may want to report the information you received to the proper authorities. I think the RCMP is responsible for mail fraud, and you can check out any scams on their website.)

type it into mapquest.ca if you have any doubts about it. don't you have a postal code for it...?
