Because you're waiting for something that you want and so your mind is fixed on it....like when you're waiting for something you need in the mail.........and you feel "helpless" to do anything to just snap your fingers and make things happen here and now so that the situation can be reslved....one way or the other....

It's all relative, really. Time is just a dimension like length or width. So, just try to exist outside of time and you won't have a problem. Hope that helps.
