Report it in writing- it will have to be taken seriously and your employer should view it as a grievance.
Keep a diary of all bullying behaviour and names of any witnesses to the behaviour.
Your employer has to respond to your letter within 28 days.

One of two ways, talk to your manger and tell him/her whats been going on and for how long, plus keep a diary of whats been said and done,or as I did wait until the little sh*t is on his or her own and have it out, worked for me,as some have said already bullies usually don't have what it takes when confronted.Either way don't take it any more it's your job and your life so don't let that w**ker get away with it.:0)

The big way, if you can do it, is imple this: laugh at evrything he says! The angrier he gets, the harder you laugh!! This is so long as he's not your boss or the boss' pet.
I too had a difficult time with workplace bullies. They're not the worst personality type but they're not easy to handle either. But laughing at them does tow things. First, it takes the sting out of what they are saying to you. It shows them that what they are doing is not working on you. In fact, it infuriates them! Then you laugh even more!! Drives them nuts!! They finally give up and storm off. It can be very effective.
I remember this happening to me once. We had this very strange and irritating contractor once at my first job. He had some kind of personality disorder because he could piss you off many different ways. One time, he accused me of not knowing my job because something wasn't working the lab without first asking me anything. I then demosntrated to him that it did work. I felt so incensed at his abruptness, I started telling him off. He just leaned back in his chair and start laughing at me. The angrier I got, more the he laughed! I finally gave up and stormed off. Now, I wasn't bullying him but I was incensed to begin with. When I got visibly angry, his reaction of laughing at what I was saying send me over the edge! In a way I leraned from him a technique on how to piss off people if you really don't like them. If someone is confronting you angrily, i.e. bullying, just laugh at what they say. And when they get enraged, just laugh harder!! It really works!!

Bullies are cowards....they do it to cover their own insecurities....stand up to them and if possible confide in a close colleague or your boss.
