Sebastian don't give advice about things you have no idea of. Hey cabrón is very vulgar Mexican Spanish for something like I quote:"Hey idiotic dude" unquote. It is used massively in some population groups in Mexico so much that it has almost lost its offensive meaning. Litterally the cabron is the lead ram in a herd.

The direct translation to English is "Oh, you fitted!" It doesn't make any sense that way but it is a show of how close that person regards you when greeting you. It is almost as close as "Hey, my brother/sister/boy/girl!"
