There's no postal code for a city, it's for districts.

Go to www.egyptpost.com and open the link named 'online services' then 'postal codes'.

You may search by the street name or by the area.

The code of Egypt is 002 (+2), which is used when dialing from outside Egypt.
and the code of Alexandria is 03, which is used when dialing outside Alexandria, but inside Egypt.

So the full code is 00203 or +203.
