We already do!Look out the windows and see the trees. They are all contented and peaceful. They don't appear to be the slightest bit stressed. Of course they don't listen to the news. If I don't listen to the news I am not affected by the news either. Perhaps you've heard the saying "where attention goes energy flows". Notice all the peaceful things in your world instead of putting your focus on the negative and your world will become peaceful too. Start with an "attitude of gratitude". Don't knock it til you've tried it.

No! As long as humans rule the planet there will never be global peace. Too many people on this planet have conflicting attitudes, and would rather fight than resolve their problems. Humans have a beastly nature with a diabolical mind. Even though humans are intelligent and deductive, in groups people are very hateful, wasteful, and harmful to their homes. Humans = War. To fight for dominance in any setting is human nature.

I don't believe this because world peace situation could only be achieved in an angels' society. But we are not angels... Well, some people may act like them but the one who act like demons usually are in power that's not a good sign.

If the world population is depleted enough, yes. If it is a gobal pandemic, then certainly. Because the survivors will be widely scattered. All we ever needed for peace is room. Lots of room.
