Most likely no, unless he's the father. In general the law sides with the biological parents in terms of visitation rights. If they were maried it would probably be different, but as a boyfriend he doesn't have any rights. He MAY have a chance if he can prove gross neglect or something, but otherwise no.

look put some real imformation up here and may be some one can give you a real answer. on second thought this is a legal issue that should probably be handled by a lawyer. not a bunch of know-nothing stoners on yahoo answers.
