i cant remember which episode it was ( i think it was "His Story II) but at the end of the episode, JD's girlfriend told him that she was pregnant. what happens to her and JD after that?

She gets a better job offer and goes with it. JD goes to visit her because he thinks that she is having her first ultrasound done. When he gets there she tells him that she had a miscarriage. I think they broke up after that.

Well, she moves away, and JD gets all excited in a different episode because he is going on a road trip to go to her first sonogram appointment with her. They (Carla, JD, etc.) steal Kelso's brand new RV. When he gets to his girlfriends, she told him she had a miscarriage. He leaves, but the episode ends with her at the doctors getting a sonogram...dun dun dun...

Yes, she lied about the miscarriage. But he doesnt know that. On the last one he tried to move on then, and asked the therapist out, but got turned down.
