The door unbolts at the hinges, it's pretty obvious. If your rear fender is damaged, there's no alternative to brining it to a body shop, since the rear quarter panel is welded on. The front fender will have a line of bolts at the top, and a couple of bolts on the bottom. But before you can remove it, you would have to remove the inner fender and the bumper as well. If you aren't prepared to do some heavy lifting, let it go to a pro.

I am going to assume that when you say "tire well" you are referring to the left front fender. These panels unbolt from the unibody structure, and provided that the bolts or door hinges are not damaged and the unibody is not damaged, then it should be a pretty straightforward change. The door hinges usually attach with three or four bolts per hinge to the forward pillar. The fender is usually attached with a plethora of bolts all over the edges (inside the engine compartment, under the car, under the front bumper.) Just make sure you remove any extraneous items that are attached like mirror controls, wiring, lights, etc. More than likely you will have to change out the interior panel, and that could end up being the worst part of the job. Sometimes special tools are needed to remove the window cranks if it is manual windows.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Unless you are trained in autobody repair you have neither the knowledge nor the tools to change it yourself. It's an insurance claim.
