Sweetie I can tell you now that you really don't want shiny skin. Otherwise it will look oily and like you have'nt washed your face in days. Instead stick with regular soap and water twice a day. Usually when you wake up and when you go to bed.

First of all, do NOT use soap on your face! This will clog your pores. Find a face wash or cleanser that is soap free, fragrance free and is noncomodegenic (doesn't clog pores), preferably paraban free also - best to go with all natural products. I use Juice Beauty - sames as Juice Organics, which you can find in local retailers. Then finish off by a using a moisturizer that is also fragrance, oil & paraban free. Note, if the product is all natural & oil free, it will not dry your skin generally. You don't always need oil on your skin to moisturize. I would say give Juice Organics a try, because you could never go wrong w/ organic, all natural products. Other wise, try using Purpose, Aveeno or Cetaphil. NO SOAP or products that contain petrolium, which is in most commercial products. These dry out your skin, which in turn leaves you w/ no luster or shine. Trust me! You want shiny (not GREASY) & glorious skin, use this advice and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!

Drinking water is very good for healthy skin. I'm sure you would want your skin to look radiant rather than shiny. You should check your skin type too. I have a combination of dry and oily and I use a cleanser and toner now and then. I don't use soap as I feel it dries up your skin.

Yes, this is possible. Just wash your face once a day and 3 times a week exfoliate. The Body Shop has amazing skincare products for all skin types. and sometimes makeup just has to be worn. If this is so- MAC's new line Mineralize is amazing for making that dewey glow you want!

Washing twice a day is really bad for you, actually. The natural oils in your skin are what give you that bit of a glossy look; if you wash and take them away, you'll lose that "natural glow."

The best thing I can tell you for healthy, vibrant looking skin is use a moisturizer. Olay Body 'Quench' is good for both face and body.

I'd stick to washing before you go to bed and DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER!
