Hi
Some girls like girls with fairer skin and hair mainly dont need to. Its natural to have hair on your arms- But some girls with very dark hair like to as it shows up a lot.
So yes it is normal really if you have quite thick dark hair on your arms. It wont cause any problems but you will need to get it done every 6 weeks.

Not really. If the girl's arms are extremely hairy, she no doubt doesn't want to look at all of that hair. I sure wouldn't.
